Oh what the hey

I thought since I have so many pics of Olivia on here I better do some of my brother's and sister's kids. So here are some pics of my nephew Nathan, 31/2(Reece's oldest) and my sister's little girl Emmalee, almost 1. Nathan is a hoot! Always wanting to play and wrestle. Matt and I often go over and we play Cranium. We don't like Nathan to play with it by himself cuz he'd probably lose some pieces. So naturally he wants to play with it because we don't want him to. So he asks "Where's Cranium?" and we say "You don't want to play that, it's a dumb game". So whenever we go over he always asks, "I wanna play the Dumb Game." , "Where's the Dumb game?" We just have to laugh at his wittiness. Emmalee is adorable also. She loves to yell and try and get words out. She does this crazy army crawl and can't quite get the guts to take more than two steps. And how about that bald little head! So cute! I love all the my nieces and nephews!
Attack of the Bugs
Matt and I were out playing frisbee golf the other day and the mosquitoes decided to gang up on me! I swear I'm on the Mosquito Mafia Hit List or something cuz those things eat me alive.
This is a side profile of my arm where I got two bites right next to each other. Needless to say my arm swelled up like a balloon. Gross! From here it really looks like I broke something.
And this is the area from the top. Notice how it's all red and stuff, if you put your hand on it, it feels hot! So gross. But now it has gone down considerably and I no longer look like I have some disease that originated from the Amazon.Phew!

More Olivia
This is probably starting to look like Amy's blog but until we get some little wee ones of our own Olivia is the next best thing! We had her 2nd Birthday at a great park with some cool wading pools. Amy did a great job making the cake and putting everything together! What a day!
This is her floating on her back basking in the sun. Notice how she always keeps her poor little hand out of the water. So cute!
Olivia loved the wading pool so much that she decided to drink the water! Sick! She loved laying on her tummy and slurping it up and then rolling over.

You are probably thinking that that is frosting all over her mouth... wrong! It's veggie dip! Right before we were about to cut the cake and sing "Happy Birthday" Olivia decided she was hungry and took a tiny piece of broccoli and basically dipped her whole hand in the dip with it. I'm telling you this girl is one of a kind!

Ode to Olivia

Bro's Graduation

This post is a little late but oh well. This is my big brother Reece, he just graduated from BYU with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. We are so proud of him! Him and Shana have worked so hard to get where they are and I admire them so much! And now they are heading to graduate school at Purdue University in 2 weeks! Wow! Matt and I are really going to miss them when they leave. (The baby on the left is his, the other is my sisters) We love you guys!

Not Wrapping Up
I wish I could say I was wrapping up for the summer but I have just begun! I got to hit the ground running in my Organic Chemistry class. It's not as bad as I thought it was going to be, I just have to keep up with everything. Oh, my English professor's name is Anna Bennion(ring a bell Mom A? She's in your home ward!) She is very cool and spunky. My other class is a Physics lab which is an easy A so I'm not gonna write anything about it. I love Spring/Summer terms, everyone's gone! It's fun to get up every morning, walk to campus and not have to worry about getting smashed by a crazy student going 50mph down 500 North. There's plenty of room in the quite JSB to study (sigh). It's great! As I was walking this morning I was thinking of how lucky we all are. We have wonderful families, devoted spouses, beautiful homes, satisfying jobs and the gospel. What else could you want in life? I can't think of anything else. We are all soooo blessed.
